First of all I want to say that you have a very great sense of choosing colors. They work very well together the ones you have picked out. But when that is said mostly of what I am going to say will be constructive to help you improve. I am not sure if you are going for the animation style or realism art kind of style, because I can see both in this drawing. For me it looks like a cat, but I guess you can tell me if I am wrong or not about that? :D . But back to the animation vs. realism. I myself is more to the realistic universe of art, and that is inside that category I will give you some tricks and tips. First of all, you are great making an outline to draw up and color, but a cat has more lines and more shapes, and most important of all no outline. I am not saying it is wrong to do one, it is, to help you shape your cat. But it should more be a help, and bottom layer in photoshop. Next thing you should start noticing when you draw is the shadows a cat has. How the brown is not only light brown vs. dark brown. You will suddenly discover shades of black, red and maybe even green and blue. There is a lot of colors in just one cat. So try take a cat and study just the colors of the cat. Nothing else. The last tip I can give you is to in general find pictures, models or things to draw after in real life, or at your computer. BUT give yourself deadlines. For an example start up with drawing a subject for 30 seconds ten times, and then slowly give your self more and more time with the same subject. That will help you with the shaping of figures, and to discover all the lines in things, animals and humans there is plus the colors. I hope you can use this critique to something :) But before I end this critique I want to say you have potential, so keep drawing!

It looks very nice, I like how the colours fit and it's really good for a beginner (I'm also not a pro, not even really good I'm just a beginner who wants to help you.)

I think you should try to draw with thinner lines or draw on a bigger image like 2480 x 3508 px that make the lines look thinner.

Also you should try to color inside the lineart, so that it's clean and no fur-color on the background.

The next point are the eyes. Try to give them more depth by drawing (maybe with the airbrush-tool on 50% ) some dark yellow shades on the upper side of the eye and some ( airbrush 85%) light yellow on the bottom of the eyes instead of white highlights.

Of cause you can place a white reflection on the eye (hard brush). and maybe try to shade more soft. Look at some tutorials or photos maybe they help you improve ^-^
